The Texas Czech Show will broadcast an interview with the Honorable Ray Snokhous, Honorary Consulate General of the Czech Republic representing the state of Texas and his wife Clarice. Ray Snokhous was born and raised in West, Texas the son of the local blacksmith, whose buildings you can still see in West. He is third generation Texas Czech and both Ray and his lovely wife Clarice stay busy traveling across the state of Texas visiting with heritage groups, hosting guests from the Czech Republic and most importantly having the honor of representing the Czech Republic as the honorary consulate general in the state of Texas. Clarice Snokhous was born in East Bernard, Texas also from a strong Texas Czech background. She spent some time as a teacher and photographer and shares her story about her family's Czech heritage and what she and Ray enjoy about their experiences in the Czech Republic. They also will tell us about what they enjoy most about their mission and pride of their Czech heritage.
