For our client, one of the largest banking and financial services organizations in the world we are looking for HR professionals who are attracted by building their careers in international banking environment. The purpose of these roles is providing a variety of HR services through advising business partners on best practices.

HR SPECIALIST WITH GREEK LANGUAGE - OSTRAVA

We have 3 vacancies:

1)       Recruitment:

·         Conducting the recruitment processes including pre-selecting of CVs and first interviews if required.

·         Conducting the job evaluation process within the agreed timescale.

2)       Payroll:

·         Supporting Greek Payroll activities (as basic payroll, allowances, bonus, overtime, absence management).

·         Supporting remuneration processes ensuring the compliance with law provisions and internal policies.

3)       HR Administration:

·            Supporting HR administration personnel hiring, employment continuity, grievance and terminations, personnel affairs and ensuring the completeness /accuracy of HR operations in line with internal and labour code provisions.

·            Monitoring & ensuring the correctness of work discipline across the company.

·            Maintaining HR database (PeopleSoft) and keeping track of employees’ turnover / retention.

·            Ensuring day-to-day HR administration support to employees.

Experience/skills required:

• At least 2 years of experience in HR operations.
• Fluent Greek language.
• Upper Intermediate English.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge appropriately.
• Ability to understand and interpret numeric data.
• PC literacy.
• Working hours flexibility.
• Ability to work in matrix structure environment.
• Ability to maintain focus while working with large amount of data.
