Role Purpose:
Lead payments investigations team to process tasks within specified time frames and budget, in compliance with customer service group standards and within required controls over the operational risk and cost.
Main responsibilities:
- Review/follow up policies and procedures
- Approve accounting entries
- Release Investigations messages
- Act as TL in strict compliance with respective policies and procedures in a timely and efficient manner and with close cooperation with related departments
- Review and Processing optimization
- Ensure smooth and optimized functioning of the team
Knowledge and experience:
- The jobholder is required to have at least 2 years experience in the bank and in dept understanding of inter department operations and products.
- Good people management skills.
- Good technical knowledge on bank’s main operational systems and PC automation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and negotiations skills in English, ability to work under pressure.
