Clanek v CESTINE dole.

On October 17, 2008 President George W. Bush announced that the Czech Republic would be among seven nations to be added to the Visa Waiver program. Czech citizens will finally be able to travel to the US without a Visa by simply registering online ahead of their planned trip. The waiver should go into effect within a month (towards the end of November 2008).

The newly admitted members to the program (which previously was available to 27 nations) are:

Czech Republic

Estonia

Hungary

Latvia

Lithuania

Slovakia

South Korea

Nationals participating in the VWP must travel only for business, pleasure, or transit; stay in the United States for 90 days or less; and, if arriving by sea or air, hold a valid ticket for return or onward travel.

Other “roadmap” countries, which are on track to be the next group to qualify for VWP admission, are:

Bulgaria

Cyprus

Greece

Malta

Poland

Romania

Dne 17. rijna 2008 prezident George W. Bush oznamil, ze Ceska republika  bude mezi sedmi narody, ktere budou zarazeny do bezvizoveho programu. Obcane Ceske republiky budou konecne mit moznost cestovat do USA bez viza jednoduse pres on-line registraci pred planovanou cestou. Bezvyzovy styk by mel byt zahajen do jednoho mesice (do konce listopadu 2008).

Novi clenove pridani do tohoto programu jsou (mimo puvodnich 27 zemi):

Litva

Slovensko

Jizni Korea

Obcane zemi v VWP seznamu musi cestovat pouze obchodne, pro zabavu a nebo prochazet zemi; mohou zustat v zemi maximalne 90 dni; a pokud vstoupi do zeme z pristavu a nebo letecky, musi mit platnou zpetnou nebo postupnou letenku.

Dalsi zeme v procesu, ktere budou v pristi skupine zemi kvalifikovanych pro VWP jsou:

Recko

Malta

Polsko

Rumunsko
